There is no point because NASCAR does not use that part of the track in real life. So no, it wont be added.

Here is the full version of what I am going to tell you. You need Counter Strike Source to see the textures or you will see missing textures. So get the game and you will see it.
Short version. You need Counter Strike Source to see all textures on the map.
