Try to subscribe directly in the game.

the mod doesn't appear anywhere after i subscribed. Not in any folder or in the game itself, while other mods DO appear after i subscribed to them. am i doing something wrong?

If file dont appear in editor data folder then try subscribe directly in game (browse workshop in game). How it get shown? Check club finances, in expenses should be 0 for taxes.
