This is a cool item set for Medic but don't give item set bonus for it, cause the weapons and the medigun will be too cool and most medics won't use the old medic weapons.

i just recently got into medic as a combat medic and i think that medic needed more scary needles and pills that he might "accidently" fill with cyanide and give to those enemy's.
long story short PUT THIS IN GAME VALVE RIGHT NOW
