I want to do almost the opposite, for example have only a small percentage of non-british players playing for non-british teams, only a small percentage of non french in france, and same for the other major nations (spain, Portugal, Germany, Holland, Italy ETC.) do you know of a database like this or how to make one?

this did not remove brexit from my game. It did remove the work permit restrictions, but only up until brexit

How do I apply to my game? It doesn't seem to be working as I'm still asked to only have 4 outside eu players.. Do I have to restart FM and/or start a new career? Ty
