and if people use there brains there is a option to add regens at start of the game so you can see the imediate affect of this dont hate the creator hate yourself for not clocking this before moaning and before any of you ask what it is near the bottom left when you start the game on league selection screen there is a option to add players to managable teams (regens)

this file is set up all countries to maximum youth rating which means that now size of talents depends only on club facilities: training grounds, youth facilities and level of searching juniors.
It also means that the file is much better for lower rated countries which originally have average around 40 youth rating.

I like your file a lot. Just after a few more years for me there are too many good talents. Is it possible for you to make another light version with a youth rating of 135 or something like that?

Now it is perfect .... the world looks a bit stronger than in the original version but the variety is awesome .... five stars

I simmed now without your file and feel the regens are a bit too talented. In 2028 i had like 20-30 ronaldo/messi players with this file. For myself this is a bit too much but this works fine and if you don´t have a problem with too many superstars, this is your file.

I would like to have a light version of this with maybe a youth rating of 160 or 170, i guess this would reflect the current football world way better.

1. There is much more chances on regen with good professionalism and ambition. Most countries have these two parameters "below average" especially africans.
2. I didn't changed other parameters.
3. This is first time when I upload this file. I played on it in FM16 and diffrence was very noticable:)

Are now every players over amitious and professional or is just the possibility higher to get good regens?

I recently signed with a second tier serbian team and most of their regens have a balanced personality

I simmed a few years with your file and can´t really tell the difference between your file and the vanilla version. I don´t have a third party scouting tool and so my scouting knowledge ingame is not good enough.

I really like the idea of having good facilities and get good/better youngsters.

You can check in Genie Scout or other 3rd tool to check whats happend with newgens. They're being created all over he world.
