TGX has not been updated by anyone, so it wont work properly in 1.39.

Madster patch will be updated when he updates the truck.

PSA: Next version will bring some changes to engine gearbox combinations to clean up some stuff, so before updating switch to SCS engines/gearboxes to avoid any unnecessary crashes.

Hey thanks for the reply, worked like a charm. Was fiddly like hell to change gearboxes for about 50 trucks, but no crashes anymore. Again thanks for the help and your work.

Sorry there was an internal change to the gearboxes.
Easiest way to solve your problem is to download the previous version here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TF3-1wVTMcc1I9bRYT-5cwCQkkchu4Mt/view?usp=sharing
and change all the gearboxes to stock from SCS and than switching back to the workshop version of the mod and changing them back again.

first off all: thanks for the update, but since this update your mod makes my profile crash.

Don't know what you did exactly, everything worked well, but now when i open truck configuration of an employees truck to change engine or transmission it just crashes. Last line in my game.log definitely blames this particular mod so I thought I should let you know. If you need my game.log, profile, savegame or something just contact me.

Got the same problem as TheTazzyDevil. All engines have no exterior sound. Could you fix that?

I don't know if this thread is still active but none of the MAN trucks have any sound to them at all. Especially the modded MAN trucks (TGA, TGS + EURO 6, TGX + EURO 6). I also have the Scania T truck in my game but that works fine with the Scania Drivetrain Revision mod. I only noticed this when I finally bought a TGA and when into outside cam and noticed there was no sound. I originally thought it was my Sound Fix mod but upon taking that out the sound was still missing. Can anyone help me out here?

I`ll reply here, although I was reporting stuff on the forums originally. v1.8 does work properly with MAN TGS E6, I have not spotted any previous issues. I`ll try the TGX E6 later today or tomorrow and report if there are any issues there.

The version 1.3 and later are for game verions 1.26. So if you are on 1.25, than you will only get 1.2.

rpm_range_high_gear: (1000, 1400)
rpm_range_power_boost: (200, 300)
These control shift ranges. They are set up as realistically as possible.

I can safely say I'm as close to having perfect setting for my likings as I've never been before. But I need a little help: how do you set up RPM where gearbox changes gears? I have 680 HP engine, ZF 12 AS 3041 OD gearbox with longest possible differential ratio there (3.36) and while it's great on highways, it really screwes up on gaining speed in 0-50 km/h range. I mean when I hit the gas at 100%, it changes gears using pattern A2 --> A4 --> A6 --> A7 --> A8, where with lighter trailers (<15 tonnes) much more efficient is A3 --> A6 --> A8. I could just manually change it using gearbox near my steering wheel, but then it automatically goes back to lower gear where it's above 1000 RPM and really doesn't need and shouldn't do so. Hell, even w/o any trailer it starts from A5 and almost always changes to A6 and never A6 --> A8, even when fully accelerating.

I know and I think they're good enough. I made some tweaks, though, and used those provided by MADster as I use his MAN TGX.

Stock MAN acutally uses Mercedes sounds so anything else is better than original.

I did it and somehow it still has different sounds. I guess earlier ETS2 had mixed it from different mods despite having no conflicts. Well sh♥t.
