I think this mod is beautiful and is just amazing. I love everything about it and it's a great location. Very well done!

For people like me who are two lazy to read it like I am almost like here's where it is according to the author and I quote

"Directly south of Solitude. East of Marthal. Across the river from Dead Man’s Respite and Crabber’s Shack."

@dayzsurvivorpro just press ~( ` ) then click on anything you don't want including people and type disable (or if you miss them and still have them selected or remember the code type-enable)

fraynem, my appologies for mis-typing your name in the previous message. Sometimes my fingers work just a little Too fast for my own good...
target_dude_1 11 Feb, 2015 @ 12:21am
franem, it is EXACTLY what it is advertised to be: A house with no 'loading' doors. If you can write a mod to eliminate loading screens, I have a VERY well-paying job for you at a new software firm as head programmer. i.e.; if it could be done, it would have been done by now. The programmer who comes up with that script will be rich overnight.

when it said no loading screen i thougt this was a mod that disaple the loading screen but its just a stuipid house mod

saunders.bryan 24 Dec, 2013 @ 2:35pm
this mod is great and was just wondering how you did it with "no load doors".I also want to start making mods and little tips are helpful...ty peace
Skyrimnut 24 Dec, 2013 @ 11:31am
Very nice mod. A wee bit laggy still as others have pointed out, but only when you first approach it. It is, however, an improvement over the first house which was more laggy. Thank you for your hard work. I know it's not an easy thing to do what you do and it's appreciated.
SineaterX 29 Oct, 2013 @ 8:04pm
House looks awesome!...one teeny weeny little issue...other than it rains inside.....but when I fast travel to the house it drops me in like SuperGirl.........with a sudden deadly stop.....im going back to the Nexus Version.....that one don't try to kill me for coming home.
iamelayne 6 Oct, 2013 @ 3:54pm
this has become my main house...its small so i am not forever wondering around but has enough storage to suite me. also, it has everything i need for crafting so i dont have to go anywhere. loving it! although..if i may request...can maybe you add one more storage place in the bedroom? i get super ocd in my storage orginization. also it woul dbe cool if you could rename things that are already named...but i give it 5 out of 5 stars!
Soulja 16 Jun, 2013 @ 1:44pm
Where is it?
wreznor  [author] 2 May, 2013 @ 8:35pm
grey ledge has been on nexus for quite some time...and has many more features including auto-storage and a mine/dungeon.
bobby bowling 2 May, 2013 @ 2:07am
Please add this to Nexus!
Hipqo 19 Jan, 2013 @ 2:01am
its actually the entire rope around the new balcony, one can run through it. I think you need to make it impossible to walk through or improve the AI pathing or something :) not that great a modder my self tbh, but i have to go down there every other day and pick up one of my followers lol. frustrating :) especially when the mod is so awsome in so many other ways.
Hipqo 19 Jan, 2013 @ 1:58am
Nice work mate, looks like it took quite some effort :) Ive got one bug though, well not a bug more of a inconvenience. On the newest balcony, you need to add some rope to stop the AI followers from jumping off and standing on the rock looking stupid. They cant get up again, prob coz of the lack of steps and they seem to wanna go through the wall, so maybe AI pathing? either way, it can be resolved really fast by closing the balcony off by a simple rope :) Thx mate, hope you do it and thx for the great work.
JacksonL 14 Jan, 2013 @ 1:47am
Hey Wreznor! I really admire your work, quite brilliant. I am looking to do something similiar but could use some help on how to keep the rain and snow out of my house. Any chance you could point me in the right direction?
Jeqavis 4 Jan, 2013 @ 2:22pm

you spelt the word 'potions' incorrectly in the alchemy lab area of the house.
babserdiquack 16 Oct, 2012 @ 4:14am
...wrez - just in case you do not monitor your old grey ledge site anymore - could you take a quick look - i REALLY could use your help on the crazy mannequins - perhaps we could talk on the steam chat again if we manage to overcome the timedifferential :)
babserdiquack 16 Oct, 2012 @ 4:10am
...bookloversam - my 5 cents: i also have been building no load homes for months now and hoping to put out my mod within the next few weeks - it has two floors and a cellar; for the containers i did the following: i noticed if you for example drag and drop a chest in the render window, double click it and click 'edit base' and untick 'respawn' - problem is that now all the chests are 'no respawn', so i created a new object my renaming the standard chest and now you can alter the object without affecting the original one - rename it, change the picture etc. i warn you though: you will freak out when you try to implement mannequins and weapon racks - they tend to behave quite crazy outside an interiour cell
Becheman 21 Sep, 2012 @ 10:59pm
Although the lower memory usage is good, I found that I couln't use the wood chopping block and the manequins were alive!
jwaz 16 Sep, 2012 @ 10:57pm
Best mod ever.
'za 16 Sep, 2012 @ 1:56pm
it has the first toilet in all of skyrim, no load screens, doesnt rain inside the house, and is in an amazing area. the only other thing it needs is a shower or pool and he will be THE MASTER OF SKYRIM HOUSES AND NO INDOOR OPEN WORLD RAIN SCRIPTS! he allready is the latter.
MrJenkins 13 Sep, 2012 @ 8:57pm
Very impressed with this mod and Dragonius. I do have 2 suggestions. First would to be to add a second floor to the tower with plenty of windows. Have the bed up there with some bookshelves etc. (sleeping in a room with mannaquins and taxidermy is way too creepy). Second would be either another small room or basement where a follower(s) can sleep. Truly amazing work overall. Thank you for sharing.
Mr.Ichy 10 Sep, 2012 @ 4:55pm
Add a second tower for a better library and I'm sold. I'm a book collectiong w&^$e as are many I'm sure , we like to see them > >
