- After "subscribing" open RPG Maker MV (Steam) -> click on "File" (Top left) -> Steam Management.
- There should be a list named "Projects:" (Bottom part) where you should find "STV Window Skins".
- Click on it to mark it and then click on "Load Project" (Bottom).
- After the project is loaded, in the project click on "Game" (Top Registers) -> "Open Folder".
- Now go to "img" -> "system".
