It would be good to note.
like :
-losing hp in summer until they melt away
-can be made cheaper to compensate
-more hp than stone walls (but they melt away) like 450 seems good
-in winter slows attackers / in all other seasons, make attackers wet (as if it rained)
-so that melting away is not too annoying, I think losing half total hp in a normal lenght summer would be a good target (unless it doesn't melt away while you're not around)
that way a player can make them full hp before leaving, with the knowledge he can return to existing walls
