You plan on updating it with Gen 7 based religions? If so, I have some names:

Tribe of the Sun (Sogaleo)
Tribe of the Moon (Lunala)
Children of Ultra Space (Ultra Beasts)
The Soul-Heart Belief (Magearna)
The Gloomdweller Cult (Marshadow)

I was thinking of religion names for each of the Tapus, or one whole religion for the Tapu, but I wasn't able to, so hopefull you'll figure that out. X3

Nothing too bad should happen as it only changes the names. Also, if you founded a religion, invest in inquisitors. Lots of them.

If I update now, will I have to restart anything? Because I'm in the middle of a full-blown cold war against the autocrat Arceus and I have 3 nukes (and at least 3 more being built) with his name on them if he tries to get it going hot. I do not want to be cut off now.

Well when you add this many religions, it's easy to miss something. This should be an easy fix.

The icon for the Order of Rayquaza doesn't load in the religion overview. It just shows a big red block. You might wanna fix that. Other than that, great mod! btw, are you going add a missingno relgion, too?

Haha! Finally got around to renaming the religions! I got lazy and didn't add any new ones, but rest assured, they're coming.

We just need Cult of Aura(lucario), Cult of Darkness (Zoroark), Cult of Mistical Fire (Delphox)

Yes I did enable it. I am very new to Civ 5 (Just got it yesterday. I got the complete pack, so I have ALL the DLC).
