Considering the '10% version' you've also posted is 90% reduction, you might want to adjust the naming scheme of one or the other, in that case? I mean these comments will fix future confusion, so maybe it's not necessary. :P Thanks for clarifying, how difficult would it be to make a version that's 25% experience needed? Is it just a case of changing a multiplier, something I can probably do myself without modding experience, or more involved?

it is a 25% reduction in what you need.
So the discription is correct. you get a 25% reduction, leaving 75% you still need.

Thank you for this mod. The vanilla version took way too long for promotions, while I thought your 10% mod was just a little too easy. 25% is perfect.
