Man, I need more Chicken Commandos!
I was setting up a game this weekend, and I grabbed some of these figures to toss down as baddies without looking too closely at them, and ended up with the CCs along with a bunch of Specimens (from the thumbnails, I thought the CCs might've been guys in Hazmat suits). Well everyone got a laugh outta them, but I decided to go ahead and use the figures anyway. Turns out one of them ended up getting like 6 critical hits on the party throughout the fight, so I made sure he got away at the end- Now the party will have a recurring nemesis, "Chickenhead"!

I mean, yeah it looks like I can use the models ICN talked about. It will take work, so obviously I am procrastinating, hahah. Also if any of you have killing floor you can help me take screen captures for the new models.

What about just modern weapons as stand-ins? I assume Killing Floor's limited, but that'd be good enough for me and I'm guessing others feel the same.

I know in blender you can pull the models apart, but I will admit that is as far as my current knowledge goes

I understand. There are limitations that us non-modelers really don't think about. I'm hoping ICN's onto something, but I really don't know how you'd even start to make use of bits that are already part of another model.

For Necromunda, head towards 40k Imperial Guard, 40k Death Korps of Kreig and check out the 40k Chaos 0 they probably have the weapons you want

I might try to do the necromunda gang thing.

Problem is I need to find more weapon models. Heavy machineguns, stuff like that. KF has lots of good small arms, but not so much heavy weapons.

Strangely, I came on here for the ammo can. From this mod I have gotten other things I really needed, like a cop model (can't believe there don't seem to be any at all on TTS). Awesome job getting these on here.

Necromunda would be legit. I don't know much about the game, but I'd be a lot more inclined to check it out of I wasn't resigned to 2D cut-outs. I really dig the strong 80s "heavy metal future gangs" vibe going on. From the miniatures I googled, such models would also be great for post-apocalyptic RPGs. I could really use them for a Deadlands Hell On Earth game, especially gangs that strongly resemble wasteland raiders - like the Goliath Gang. In other words, dual purpose as hell.

I've played necromunda before, so I know generally what you need. Trouble is that in Killing Floor there aren't analogs for some of the other 40K universe weapons like heavy bolters.

it would be pretty easy to do models for necromunda tbh. I could get each player model holding a different variety of weapons and each could be a different faction.

I've got a few more player models to add, then I'm going to do the patriarch and the siren, and then I'll probably add some more props and make baseless versions of the models.

I would kill for more things like the truck. The only props map makers have to use are wow and 40k stuff.

Chivalry might happen? It's based in the source engine I think so that will make it more difficult. I'll have to convert them from the source files.

KF models are really superbly easy to work with.
I can probably get 5 or 6 models done in the same amount of time I would do 1 model for another game.
