Liberty Prime Jones means: "Yall can updated it by yourselfs" or "Make a new ver. of this mod to where it's updated, it is easy as it's just the map of the bigger mod star wars galaxy divided."

yes please update great map for gameplay. Trying to get a map editor from stellaris is like getting a blood out of stone. Can anyone make a functional editor?
