I MIGHT make a new UI mod and work on that one, but i'm legit done with this one. I've given up on the mod, I started on it a year ago and now that I look at it I think it looks ugly and it's not worth me updating with me being so busy and not only that but has had some drama in the past about stupid stuff that I just want to forget, if there is anyone who wants to continue the mod I have officially given up on it.

Thank you making this, using this hud is leaps more enjoyable than the default one. Its a small mod, but it makes a huge difference for me.

It's completely clientside. There must be another issue. Also you mentioned joining him but was he using mods?

No. This mod does nothing to change your save at all, it won't cause any problems as long as you aren't trying to load it with another alternate HUD or GUI tweak (such as one that changes how your inventory layout is).

Sorry about the delay. The update is finished on the Mana version, I just have to reinstall Starbound (Idk why they didn't make the Starbound Mod Uploader a seperate tool).

The computer I use alternates a lot but I don't think I will use the mac anymore, sorry for the slight confusion.

I see your name says you use a Mac, so it might be different for you but the F12 ingame should work.

There are a few methods:

Either hold F12 ingame, and then upload it and send me the link.

Or you can hold WINDOWSKEY and PRT SC, and then go to This PC\Pictures\Screenshots (assuming you're using Windows), and then you upload the picture to Imgur.

Also if you can't really get the hang of WINDOWSKEY and PRT SC (because FN requires PRT SC or whatever), if you just hold PRT SC and then go into Paint and hold CTRL V it will paste the image for you, and then you upload that to Imgur.

I got errors, and I didn't want to work around them. This'll have to do for now (I want to enjoy my time away from school).

I'm pretty sure it's entirely possible to simply add this as an update to the old one. Did you try doing that?
