and as for the pre- and season training, i set team training on general during season, fitness on preseason, all average or high intensity, depending on number of matches and allow rest after the match
anyhow, i dont think that ur training (apart from match tr.) does matter during matches
5T1X, I've found to be very good for attacking, lots of chances created, I've had 30 shots in many games. Whether you score lots will obviously depend on how good your strikers are, but even Benteke scores for me! :)
