If not, you can use "mp_show_voice_icons 0" to hide the icon above the player. Note this command only hides the speaking icon above the player character.

I do use this addon for another gamemod thats not DarkRP, Surprisingly it seems it still works at the moment. Adds immersion and helps eliminate metagaming a bit.

it'sn't for hide the Voice Icon, it's for hide the notif when u hear someone on gameMode DarkRP or when someone hear you :)

nop, it just Hide voice Notify when someone talk to u, and can hear u, but u can see if you talk and see who Talking if u see him :) (sorry bad english)
