Cool~ this is a good idea~

It's not that much of a cheat... building half a dozen small offices would give the same rent and at 1000 to build the cost is similar as well, minus flooring and amenities. Simply limit yourself to one office. A little boost at the very beginning to save some of the time waiting around for funds to come in, so thank you author.

I loved the idea but I do agree that this was too great a boon without enough extra requirements. For criminal activity, I tend to look towards the Financial Services. ;->

makes the game way too easy... it shuld have high requirements (at least 3 large restaurants and shops + 4 coffee places idk) and resource consumption (phone, electricity..) and even like that the rent should be lower

After I installed the dlc all the mods dissapeared and I can't figure out how to ge tthem back.

Good idea in general, but it feels a little bit like a cheat. Put four of them, have a 6000 income. In my opinion, too much. Maybe if it would have some requirements. 10 star rating, or a lot of services...

I like this for the flavour side of things, after all shady dealings need office space too.

i believe someone forgot commas. I think they wondered what the rent was. what are the needs (any dependencies for construction), and how much it costs to build it in game.
