@Kindness It's all good. Thank you very much for the help you provided though.

@Papa Jeff I'm afraid if it only downloads the modinfo file, there's probably not much more one can do. The only other thing I can think of is to friend the mod author and get him/her to send the map file directly themselves. Unfortunately, this is where my limited troubleshooting knowledge ends, so I probably won't be able to help you anymore sorry

@Kindness So uhhh. I found the mod folder and tried to do the former option even though you recommended I do the latter first, and there was no map file for it. Then I tried the latter and I still have the same issue.

@Papa Jeff Well, I guess you could go into Documents and then the mod file itself, and copy the map file into My Games/Civ 5/Maps. Assuming that works, you won't need to go into the mod menu upon launch. The other option is to do the standard troubleshoot which involves deleting the mod, unsubscribing, rebooting steam then resubscribing. I advise the latter first. Hopefully something works (:

I can't find it anywhere. Other maps that I've subscribed to show up. But not this one :steamsad:

@Kindness Nope, nothing there

@Papa Jeff then look under 'Additional Maps' in the map menu or go into Advanced Setup and scroll down till you see it. It should have a .Civ5Map suffix.

@It's Me! Gid! I went to Singleplayer -> Set Up Game after making sure the mod/map was enabled but I can't seem to find it.

@Papa Jeff Which step are you at? If you click subscribe, then go to Civ 5's main menu, click Mods. From Mods, click the circle on the right hand side to activate the mod (should turn green when active), then click next. Load a game from there, not the main menu. I hope this helps. You might have to exit out and go back in if you don't see it at first.

This is my first time using any mods for Civ 5, and I can't find it. Could you help me please?
