@Benji: You may need to check the code and update the mod. There mentions of islands, airfields, and walls in the improvements, builds, and text! Example, I don't think these islands improve defence by 3000%. :)

No, building this does not prevent naval units to pass tiles.

I made this mod a long time ago (before Real polders) and decided to publish it only yesterday. And the improvement I made does not provide any bonus to tiles.

Pretty sure this is just Real Polders without the restriction on where you can build them.
