Cool, I usally like to cheator have unlimited things on games like these. Thank you for the mod it is making my game better, I would of failed if it wasn't for this.

Have you enabled them in the Mods screen on the main menu?

It should just be unlocked beneath all the other offices and it acts as a normal office but with much higher tax
