The crash is from Hearthfire dlc

My game crashes when i try to enter breeze home, I got all the upgrades (the lab instead of kid room).

@aMity That's really nice of U to offer to put these things where people want. In this case it really brightens up that space there. Like how U put it and that u used the cool-looking Arcane Enchanter type. If we kinda look between in behind the person it seems there is stil a dresser there. i keep trying to find out if we need to empty those dressers before subscribing, or if our stuff will still be there, is all. Thanx! :D

if you guys want i can add a Arcane Enchanter and a Alchemy Lab or anything anywhere you guys want just tell be where and i will try to add it there

@ Desu~ Tere is already a mod that does exactly what u suggest, but i like this one because the Alchemy Lab room is so small and crowded already and my spouse likes to use these things too, and i don't want him cramped up in there alone all the time. LOL There are few mods that add enchanting tables in various places, and so i am trying to figure it what i nned to get out f which chest before subbing to any of them, and this one upstairs looks really good there and is close to the bedroom. So a nice change. Has a chest under it for gems which is nice too. I don't think this one will interfere w/ my Dovahkiin Hideout either.

I have a suggestion, though. AFAIK there are at least two models for Arcane Enchanter, the one you used and the other that looks like a board with a green crystal ball on it ( http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120123002761/elderscrolls/images/f/f5/Arcane_Enchanter.png ), my idea is to place it on a table near an Alchemy Lab, if it fits there.
