Am i reading the decision correctly, does the person arranging the marriage need to be either lustful or ambitious in order the arrange the marrage? or how does that work?

Great idea! I can't wait to see what else you can add! More events would be great! You could even mix this with your Homosexuality Mod to have Children go through a period of experimenting or something. . xD

Alright, hopefully fixed that, if you don't have an earlier save you can console event young_love_maintenance.10 and it should remove it from anyone 16+
