I like to concept, but the stats are sort of OP. As a Scout, I find it easily takes less than 6 seconds to kill someone, sometimes if I'm doing good I can kill 3 or 4 people in that time. Scouts are already hard to hit and that much damage absorbtion while retaining the ability to attack would make them way too hard to kill. Perhaps if the DR was lowered to about %30, or if it presented a debuff alongside the DR (i.e. %50 less damage taken and %25 less damage dealt while under its effect).

Ok this thing looks WAAAAAY better then a soda can, but your stats make it useless compared to the atomic punch! You should really just make it +50% damage absorbtion for 6 seconds. this is fair, and you don't need to not be able to attack for 6 seconds.

i was thinking. it would take off piss/milk and something for fire. not like the spycicle. but if its going to be water (more likely) then yeah. maybe clean piss/milk and fire effects, but ______ idunno. i love the look of the full set tho.

and mrmii if you couldn't attack while under effect then why would u use the De-Dehhydrator
when you can use bonk atomic punch and be invinsible, its basically like bonk except you can attack when under effect and you have +50% damage absorption for 6 seconds instead of being invisible so i kind of like this

This is probably the best you have done with your set, it's not OP if anything it should be like 8 seconds, and its something new.

i like this but mabye change the 6 seconds for 12 or 14. 6 seconds is'nt a very long time in a rageing battle.

Maybe it should be a minor heal item? Cause isn't that why normal baseball players use thier water for that sort of reason?

-While under its effects, -50% damage done yourself.
This still means, a direct hit crocket will kill you.

Well. The effects have no downside, so it's pretty goddamn overpowered. Free damage absorption.
