I think specular map needs to be adjusted. Whistle makes it somewhat original.

Out of all the items in your pack, I think I like this one the best, gotta love that name for it too. I also don't believe the whistle is unnoticeable, I think it's just right. Might do well without all the black though, it's a little too sophisticated for the style of TF2. Perhaps make it resemble the dull grey of the scout's cap, just a suggestion.

@Exchef123 The only reason for wearing this would be the tiny, unnoticeable whistle anyways. Might as well give it more styles. The ballcap with the most styles would probably be the most popular, as you wouldn't need the others.
