I hope this mode can be activated. I want to place minerals in block form.
At present, this mode is not operating properly. If you bring this mode back to life, Reika.. you're God.

hey @Reika, where do you craft the ore blocks?

I've had the mod downloaded for awhile, but I haven't seen the crafting recipes. I really want to use this mod, but it doesn't seem like it 100% works...

Does this mod still work? I've checked every single crafting station (icluding basic crafting), but no crafting recipe for ore stones. Could you help out?

Turns out trying to add display moonstone when there is already a block called "moonstone" triggered an issue that left lasting effects on some world files, and that is why changing or removing IDs caused so many issues. Removing display moonstone fixed it.

I tried changing the material IDs, and it prevented my world from loading anything that had ever been associated with one of those IDs, effectively killing my save.

I just tested what happens if you remove a material ID - it fails to load the world at all.

I have Enhanced Storage, so I know for a fact they are compatible. What adds wallpaper?
Reika  [ophavsmand] 30. aug. 2016 kl. 12:48
Where does it say that?

The page seems to still be active, but it is entirely possible most mods are ignoring it. Do you want me to try changing the ID?
Reika  [ophavsmand] 30. aug. 2016 kl. 12:32
Also, I imagine that changing the ID will break existing worlds, possibly corrupting them (what does it do when it sees blocks with unmapped IDs)?

If you are familiar with Minecraft and the concept of block IDs, Starbound has something similar, but they cannot even be configurable (though there are fortunately 65535 of them). There is a page on the wiki where mods register their IDs to avoid conflicts. Clearly the author of "wallpaper mod" or whatever did not do this. Though I can change the ID, it may not help - I have no way of knowing what IDs are clear - and they are the ones doing something wrong.

Yes, it was a material ID issue. "Wallpaper9"

Caused by: (MaterialException) Duplicate material id 18000 found for material wallpaper9
Reika  [ophavsmand] 30. aug. 2016 kl. 12:21
Is that the whole log? It just ends and does not have any sort of error in it.

If I had to guess, you might have a duplicate material ID, which could happen if you have another mod adding blocks and who did not declare their IDs on the wiki.

I have not implemented other backgrounds simply because there is no way to automate the process, and it would take a stupid amount of work. However, I very much like the idea.

other backgrounds availible too? maybe a custom workstation would make sense then :)

Basic hand crafting.
Spudney 29. aug. 2016 kl. 0:41
Where are they crafted?
