You can use the restart command to reset the round :)

this map is pretty good, the only problem i have with it is that you dont have endless cash to spend, otherise, i binged this map easily for an hour or so

With what settings are you running csgo? Pure vanilla or with added commands on startup ?
How do you start the map (as in which steps do you take ? via command or offline with bots ?)
Try start game offline with bots -> easy bots -> Casual.
