I loaded this mod on my server but it did not work no dinosaurus

Could the Diplodicus, and Giganotosaurus? You could balance the stats with a lvl 1 giga at like 4k hp and base damage maybe 60, so that it doesnt one-shot all the players who try to knock it out.
