For the love of god this is a FREAKIN HAT! Hats don't have stats (except when they are part of a polycount pack), they have little quirky features like particle effects, making you explode on death, and just looking cool. Crouching gives you mini-crits or 25% damage bonus? That is beyond overpowered. People immediatly believe that the description is a stat this is just a witty description! Not an idea.

We need something better idea for these weapons stats. Most ppl say that, the pistol has tactical knife and that's why it looks like as a Call of Duty tactical knife pistol weapon. Everyone can only create those items or things, which games were played by those steam users.

neat, i think that this could be a set that makes you deal 25% more damage when crouching or somthing like that.

This is that item set where a soldier can do similar things to a spy.
Knife on The General Issue. Killing enemies with bazzoka projectiles which almost come from the nowhere....and now this great looking hat.

Just commented on the rest of your set...If this goes into the game, I swear I am filling up my credit card, buying every one of these, and going as soldier with all of it equipped for the next month! Very nice ideas indeed.....my only suggestion for this is to have a bit of a camouflage effect on the actual hat as well, not just a branch :d
