Villa replace windmill +2 Culture +1 faith does not require river but if has access to fresh water provides +2 food and +1 production 3 upkeep

all three would really help for TSL maps give old era superpowers the edge they need to become decisive in the early game before everything gets run over by Korea (the new mod for the garden replacement is SUPER powered with +150% tech costs Korea was in the renaissance with everyone elso only entering the beginning of mideival.
I was just saying it would be nice to see some more expansion on civs like:
China
Inca
Portugal etc.
The kinda less developed civilizations (though Inca are rather OP to be fair xD)

@Rabid Mongoose I have not used any of the Community Balance patches/projects so somebody else could give you a better answer than I could. Some will be compatible and some won't. It has to be looked at on a case by case basis.
