I just added the awesome Tree LOD Fix mod link in the description. It makes these look better at a distance.

@the postman yes if lightning hits it or a powepole overloaded and made a big ball of flames and it touches the gum tree and if a bad person lit it. it the real world.

So is there not a way to make custom LODs? The only downside of this tree is when I zoom out you can hardly tell something is there.

Yay! Australian trees get some recognition!
Crystal Rose 22 Oct, 2016 @ 6:28pm

Thank you so much for all the information you included in all these masterpieces... it's been great reading it all. I guess I should have been a tree speciality botanist. :steamhappy:

Can you do the rainbow gum? Love to see the beautiful bark!
Crunchberry947 12 Aug, 2016 @ 5:59pm
Please stop making awesome trees...my game already is taking too long to load! Seriously though, another amazing tree. Your trees and bushes are definitely a step above the rest. Thank you for the work you put into these.

Thanks for the info, I will have to give the Ultimate Eyecandy a try - I love the clarity and realistic look of your screenshots you upload with the assets.
MrMaison  [author] 12 Aug, 2016 @ 11:30am
Oh.....I am also using Classic Daylight by BloodyPenguin https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=530871278
MrMaison  [author] 12 Aug, 2016 @ 9:57am
mz- I'm not using any LUT. It's a Temperate map. But I do use Ultimate Eyecandy mod to set the fog. Sometimes I do play with the LUTs I have within that mod http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=672248733
Atys 12 Aug, 2016 @ 8:02am
Can you stop being awesome please?! I'm jealous :P
OwiHH 12 Aug, 2016 @ 6:46am
Your nature collection is awsome :D
MrMaison  [author] 12 Aug, 2016 @ 6:43am
Thanks again everyone!

Elias- Those are Phragmites. It's still a work in progress. I will be releasing it soon :)
Katalepsis 12 Aug, 2016 @ 6:22am
So awesome. MOAR PLZ! I vote you use 2k textures on all trees going forward :p
MrMiyagi 12 Aug, 2016 @ 5:20am
MINE! :D Thank you so much for all your work! :steamhappy::steamhappy:
mz 12 Aug, 2016 @ 4:00am
Another great tree, which Theme / LUT have you used in the screenshots?
Avanya 12 Aug, 2016 @ 1:09am
Beautiful trees!
Elias 12 Aug, 2016 @ 12:25am
nice as always. man, you did increase the look of so many virtual cities ;)
on the 10th picture (with the lighthouse in the background) there are some brown plants growing in between the gras clusters, which give a lovely realistic look. is this from the workshop? does someone have the link?
NinjaStebe 11 Aug, 2016 @ 11:13pm
Phenomenal. Loving these Australian trees.
MrMaison  [author] 11 Aug, 2016 @ 10:34pm
Thanks!
Big Bad Nonja- It's really the texture size that made this set 26mb. As for the tris, it's the amount of branches and the ton of leaf billboards to get a full look.
Big Bad Nonja 11 Aug, 2016 @ 10:31pm
Like ! I can see the trunk and limb curves are much smoother. Is that where the higher polys are, or the leaves?
Mas71 11 Aug, 2016 @ 10:31pm
Your tree works are really essentials for my C:SL ;) Thanks for nice works again :)
