Same thing as Jflyer45 asked, how have you added the bricks into the world editor?

Good map but I would put trees a bit closer to the castle.

@RedMoon , I've made my own maps with blocks in them, it can be very time consuming but relatively simple. The first step is to take your map, then build whatever you would like on it, in sandbox mode. Once all building is complete, have your workers destroy all tree stumps and quarry stairs. One that is complete, save and exit the game, then go into your castle story files from computer->Program Files (x86)-->Steam-->steamapps-->common-->Castle Story-->Info. From here you go into your "Saves" files, find the save you created, and copy the PlacedBlocks.json file. Now go back to Info, then into your UGC folder, maps, then paste the PlacedBlocks.json file into your map's file, replacing the previous file there. Doors, torches, barrels, stockpiles, etc. will be missing, though any trees you have cut down or land you have deformed will be restored and all stone and wood structure blocks will remain.

Hey, I'm making maps by my self, but at the moment I'm using "World editor" and I'm wondering how you're available to build with bricks and such items in your map. (?)
"Or are there any instrokion or video how to do it?"

Probably one of the best maps on the workshop so far. Simple & balanced, and well-built starting castle. What more could you want?
KitaQman 12 Aug, 2016 @ 1:33pm
I wish i could build like that...

Het MisterMecky! I just finished and published my map so I thought I would let you know! I also added a shoutout to you, since you informed me how to publish a castle/buildings!

Beautiful!

No worries!

Sorry about the weird wording in that last comment, I seem to have trouble stringing phrases together that sound right when I'm tired.. thanks again!
Volsung 8 Aug, 2016 @ 12:56am
Thank you so much! I have my own invasion map so I'm thinking of building my own castle on that then sharing it!
MisterMecky  [author] 8 Aug, 2016 @ 12:35am
Objects like doors, stockpiles and catapults dont count as placed blocks, I think they are a part of gameobjects.json. You will want to destroy tree stumps and quarry stairs though, as they count as placed blocks.
Volsung 7 Aug, 2016 @ 11:55pm
It does, thank you! Another question if I may? Did you need to destroy stockpiles or are the only things copied over stone and wood blocks?
MisterMecky  [author] 7 Aug, 2016 @ 10:44pm
It's quite easy to do! I replaced files in my maps folder with those from a save game. With this map, I replaced the placedblocks.json file with the one from my savefile that had the built structure. Hope that helps!
Volsung 7 Aug, 2016 @ 9:35pm
May I ask how you published a map with structures you built in it?
UNIT 6 Aug, 2016 @ 10:01am
LOVED IT!
