@Din0za my OS is windows 8.1 64 bit. i dont have any other mods that interfere with the ship other than an AI mod

you should make tier 9 a huge cargohold area on bottom of ship and tier 10 a huge domed garden area on top.

Okay, i tried enabling admin, beamed to the planet, beamed back..... when i teleported i landed on the pad and fell through the floor

Try teleport to the planet while you still falling, and then go back to the ship.
