Some of us only want the armor, nothing more. Some of us use mods which would conflict with some of the other stuff Project Fallout adds.
For instance, Combat Realism is a crazy popular mod. Aside from how CR conflicts with many mods, it makes all guns require ammo and it would not be balanced with any other mod that adds guns.
After that, there should be all the files in there that you need for it to work, good luck!
The problem with the MISC AI is that they're buggy still, not to mention that while they can do whatever you research FOR them to do, they don't LOOK like a Gutsy or Handy. Something like that would be closer towards the feel of Fallout.
Very much possible, the MISC. mods already has a humanoid AI that can do everything that a human could do, all it needs is a 2x1 cell and a recharging station.
