As far as charging from it, I don't remember but at the time of creation I don't think there was a way to add new devices to charge from, outside of just new batteries. But at least you can always place a battery next to it and receive the power anyways!
I did originally have plans on making this less of a cheat item and more of an end game generator, hence why it wasn't initially a higher tier battery and focused on ignoring "transfer limits" of connected items. However I personally lost interest in the game before that could happen.
Only thing is the only way for me to draw power from it is to place a battery next to it and draw from that instead. =p
@Grunt I have actually not touched the code for this mod since the initial release as you can see by the change logs.
Can you share a source of this mod please? I have an idea for the mod. It's here http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/254200/discussions/1/371918937279307401/?ctp=6#c154644045356892847
Your source can save some time.
@Иḯкεƴ ∞Bad
Infinite power cube is of sound very, very noisy. Is there a way in the XML file to change the tones strength
See You.
I can see the mod is present in the mod list, but it does not show off ingame.
In any case, you can just place a PSB next to it and it'll recieve full power, upon which you can directly take it.
do love the mod though
This block is literally a cheat. It doesn't "generate" power, it asks how much power an adjacent block has free, than "gives" it that amount all at once, ignoring it's requested delivery rate which defines how fast it should recieve power. It doesn't store power or build up power, it'll just hand it out like candy from a white van.
I will not attempt to justify it's use in a real save.
There will be no default free option when i get around to implementing that, and you will either need to make it free yourself, or use Creative Survival Evolved / similar.
Nobody should have it!!
Now all my power problems are fixed! I love it.
and is world gen possible yet?
thats my idea
