I'm sorry for the issues you are having but I can no longer fix them. I haven't done any modding in years and don't even remember where I put the project files. I put a warning in the title and description. Thank you for trying this mod and have fun playing the game!

I would definitely suggest doing so if possible, but as someone that has no modding experience I don't know how difficult it would be, especially for ethnic units. Cultural diversity seems simple though. Thank you for even considering it.

This looks awesome! Defnitely gonna try em out when I feel like doing a domination victory. Do you plan on adding support for cultural diversity and ethnic units?
