Hey, thanks for sharing the Grand Cherokee, i really like the way it drives and the way it looks :)

@That4x4Racer - I apologize for the steering issues you're having, but all our mods are tuned(steering speed/backsteer speed) pretty similarly. I do use a G27 for SpinTires, so I don't usually have any issues with steering. Keep enjoying the ZJ though, and save that one out in the woods!! they don't cost much to fix.. Go with the inline 6 though.. i have 2x 1994 ZJ's, both with the i6.. one over 300,000 miles, and one that will be at 300,000 very soon!

I favorited cause it is just like my dad's real red 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. But it has recently snaped a piston rid :steamsad: Now it is sitting in the woods alone and forgotten. R.I.P my favorite Jeep of all time. Other than that it is a great Jeep, besides the steering, it could be a bit better. It seems all of DCMT mods feel like they have the same steering wonkyness :D

Dark Circle mods have came a long way. Keep up the good work.
~ThunderDuck~  [author] 24 Dec, 2016 @ 12:49pm
@RoughRider - This model is over 1,000,000 poly. It was very difficult to get it in game, with the level of detail it has. i'll look into optimizations, but I'm not sure there are really any i can do at this point
« RoughRider » 24 Dec, 2016 @ 12:37pm
I get severe frame drops when this mod is in sight. I'm not sure why.Hope it gets a fix sometime!

This jeep is a absolute beast! Only complaint is the steering is very very lagging!
MonkeyPantsFPS 29 Oct, 2016 @ 8:56pm
I really love using this, not overly modded even with all add ons. I would really love to see blacker bumpers on the HD front and rear and a bit more detail in the wheel wells. the truck drives great, perfect power and traction. Tire options would be nice but I love the BFG's, if anything the krawlers and M/T's would be a huge plus.

again not giving ya a hard time just suggestions/ requests :) love the mod and really appreciate the work you put in!

Damn! Finally a ZJ! I have a heavily modified ZJ IRL, Blue, widened a lot etc. Hope to see some heavily modified versions of this, but in the "real" sense :)

~ThunderDuck~  [author] 7 Sep, 2016 @ 7:59am
@gtrherogod- add me, and we'll discuss it
crypticnight746 7 Sep, 2016 @ 5:51am
i own the black limited and red zj in real life. is there any way you can make a game version of my 94 zj its heavly modified??
Street Wise Gamgee 6 Sep, 2016 @ 5:56pm
awesome about time a decent zj brought to spintires great job to!!!
Colman 6 Sep, 2016 @ 5:04pm
because i would love to have this jeep in my library
Colman 6 Sep, 2016 @ 5:03pm
but how are there screenshots without the decals then? is there any way you could release the decal-free version?
~ThunderDuck~  [author] 6 Sep, 2016 @ 4:53pm
@spence - no, sorry, as those are the decals on my IRL jeep, i put them on the mod as well
Colman 6 Sep, 2016 @ 4:52pm
is there a way to get it without the whole Window decal set?

Sounds great man! It's a great rig so far. What are you working on for a project?
{DCG}[BT]Brimstone667 29 Aug, 2016 @ 10:03am
got some older rigs already on the work table ;)
~ThunderDuck~  [author] 25 Aug, 2016 @ 2:46pm
@DragonsChild666 - I'm upgrading the engine in my IRL ZJ after the first of the year, going from 4.0 to 4.7 Stroker, along with a few other upgrades.. So expect this one to get some 'new' stuff at that point. Right now, working 40+ hours a week has drastically cut into my available modding time, and I also have a project that I'm working on for someone
It's a Jeep thing! 25 Aug, 2016 @ 2:25pm
I took it and put it against a similar aged pathfinder and four runner and it was the better of the 3. All around,I like the differences between being loaded down and fully stock. My only issue is I also own a Grand Cherokee and it being the straight six, wish it was a V8. Using this exact model, and agreeing with VM's comment from 10 Aug about the textures, I think adding a little more power (V8 Model) and saving the file as a different would give a straight 6 vs V8 feel.
FlatOutRising 10 Aug, 2016 @ 12:45pm
Alright, just a few complaints from me....the stock front bumper addon has headlight rays coming from it, when there are no visible lights on the bumper. I think the tires are a little big for the jeep, maybe a bigger lift, or smaller tires. I also feel like the textures could have been done a little better. the model looks pretty good and I like all the addons, but the textures are very basic and just a little too matte, most of it looks like plastic. and the vinyls on the rear windows have a wierd appearence when looking through the "jeep" letters. Just a few nit picky things that I would hope would get changed. Other than those, it is a very good handling jeep, and I feel the speed and torque is perfect.

Cube 9 Aug, 2016 @ 2:19pm

Cube 9 Aug, 2016 @ 2:19pm
i have used my wheel and it could turn a little better
{DCG}[BT]Brimstone667 9 Aug, 2016 @ 1:40pm
turns slow? i use a keyboard an it works just fine for me, could git looked at lil closer i suppose though, whata u use boby? anyone use a controler out there that has it?
bobyb55 9 Aug, 2016 @ 12:17pm
turns so slowly and it makes it painful to drive and i think you should add a roof rack addon with not spares. other than that great rig.
Cube 9 Aug, 2016 @ 6:34am
@~{DCMT}~ComaWhite12~ its a lot of jealousy is what it is
~{DCMT}~ComaWhite12~ 9 Aug, 2016 @ 5:15am
Those with little to no talent are only pors at criticizing. I'm sure we know at least 1 of the 2 butthurt people here, and it's no surprise they hate what they can't create.
Ya'll keep churning out your garbage full of errors, and DCMT will keep providing the quality mods that have made it one of the most respect modding team to date.
XenoDega 9 Aug, 2016 @ 2:58am
I don't usually comment on mods, I do appreciate what all you modders do here though. But as for this mod, I have to tell you being a huge fan of Spun, Brute, Nix, Hazard, as well as other well known modders of this community. This mod is incredible!! Thank you very much for this guys, I really enjoy the power, torque, traction, balance, and feel of this Jeep. You guys did a great job here, thank you!! I'm not much of a fan of the ZJ but you guys did very well on it. If it's ok to maybe suggest something: Maybe if possible and not too time consuming, make it a little bit taller, for the bigger rocks, i.e bigger lift and tires, but not too much that it changes the balance and or mass of it, and if at all possible a couple different wheels and tires, even keeping the same xml coding that you have. Other then that, I would keep it all the same, again thank you guys for this and keep up the great work ^^
