To anyone still using, just discovered trying to upgrade Sewing Machine to Clothing Fabricator will crash the game with Frackin Universe also installed.

Starbound give us the option of installing mods clientside and serverside, and most mods here are also on Starbound's website as downloads to install and inject directly in the game for those that prefer a non steam game.

@Thundercraft: We haven't looked into making it work for modded sewing machines.
Since I am not at home for a while maybe Timo can look into it or you'll have to find another solution for now.

I figured out my problem:
I've been using the Modern Sewing Machine mod, which allows us to create colored versions. This mod will only quiet the vanilla sewing machine.

For some reason, despite having this mod subscribed, my sewing machine still makes that idle sound. Perhaps it is a conflict with another mod? Did you use a patch? Or did you replace a file?
