These extra commands are required to enjoy the map the way the developer intended:
sv_clamp_unsafe_velocities 0;mp_weapons_allow_map_placed 1;mp_warmup_start;mp_warmup_end;ent_fire func_tracktrain toggle

It happens randomly. It has something to do with csgo updates. I'd fix it, but I'm not sure what the issue is.

Well, it seems that platforms moving is quite random. At least on my server, sometimes they move, sometimes they don't. I'm not really sure what's going on, but the first time I launched the map - they were moving like they should. Even though if platforms aren't moving, all of the secrets can be done. I just did that today. :)

FYI most servers have this same version of the map but stop entities from moving or secrets from working with out altering the map at all.
