if you dont go to the files and take out the "partypony" you can not make city´s in this mod and that is bad if you play in domain.

No it's not that broken, since it's limited to one city and relies on City States for it's power.
Try playing on a map without any, this Civ is quite weak then. (It takes an increased penality when capturing cities.)

Yeah, I think we're all waiting for that Griffin Civ to come...

Somehow Happiness modifiler only affects Production. Cultrue is not being modified at all. Otherwise, great mod. It's all about getting as high as fuck.
