They should have 10 slots, but I haven't got that far with my testing yet haha. I think I would have to modify the startpos to make them 5 slots, and modifying startpos creates a lot of conflicts with mods.

Do the WE towns have 5 slots or 10 slots when occupied by greenskins (or undead)?

I won't make any promises, but I might look into a type of outpost system. I only make mods I will use, but as an avid Empire player, I could see myself wanting a mod like that. I'm playing Warhammer again, so I'm working on mods again. I'm currently working on a mod to give all wizards melee skills. When I'm done with the wizard mod, I might look into an outpost system, but it won't be anytime soon. I'm pretty slow with mod making.

It's still not letting Norsca upgrade Doomkeep, Tower of Kharak, Nagilfari Plains, and a few other settlements, but also Outposts cannot be upgraded, and some like the Capital of Estalia with this mod doesn't even get the outpost building it just retained the Estalian Settlement so I have no garrison, and I can't destroy it.

Mod should be updated. I don't think it will work on games before the Norsca update.

Unfortunately this mod seems to cause a problem with the latest patch and Norsca faction, not allowing you to upgrade settlements in certain regions such as Tower of Khrakk and Doomkeep.

Sorry I work third shift so I went to bed. I'm going to check to see if I can update my mod to work with the other one. If that doesn't work, I'll just upload a new mod that will be compatible with the Ai mod and pprovide a link. I'm off a few days after tonight, so I'll definitely have it taken care of sometime tomorrow.

Ok, thanks to lastspartacus, we figured out that mod conflicts with mine. I made a merge for him, that seemed to fix the problem. I'm at work now, but when I get home I'll upload the merged mod to the workshop.

I've seen that before, and it is caused by mod conflicts. Do you use the AI Recruitment and Buildings mod?

I have a weird problem with this and apologies if it's been addressed. With this mod active if I play either of the Vampire factions when I hover over the main settlement building it wont' show me the building preview. http://i.imgur.com/FAMzhqg.png Doesn't seem to affect other factions for some reason.

Exactly what I was looking for. I kind of appreciate Empire/Dwarfs not settling everywhere but why wouldn't Orcs slaughter everyone and squat somewhere? Thanks for the mod!

hey, I use both of your mods and I really like them over letting anyone occupy anything, I was wondering if you could make a version that lets dwarfs/humans occupy norsca(as humans live there humans should be able to have a chance to stamp out chaos in the north) and as they're mountains dwarfs should be able to move in and settle the place to be a bulwark against further chaos invasions

Yeah, I'm no sure why, but the lingering building has been an issue since the beginning. I never figured out how to fix it.

That's workin for me and thank you very much stompie, only thing I'm noticing is its the savage orc recruitment basic place in the couple places I've occupied but then this is my first Greenskin gothrough since using the mod so maybe thats normal and just where I have happened to take over.

For some reason i can now occupy empire towns but then i can't build anything in them because it still has an empire main building that i can't destroy. I don't know enough about modding to know why that would be though.

@lastpartacus Ok, some good news. I was able to replicate the error, and it was a problem with that file/folder I mentioned previously. I attempted a quick merge, removed the files I believe were conflicting, and I was able to upgrade the buildings again.

Now, the bad news is, I'm not sure if it ruins the effects of AI Buildings and Recruitment mod. I don't think it did, but I'm not certain. If you're interested in trying it, I'll try to get a merge for you to play with, but I didn't test enough to see how the AI was doing.

Yes, repeatable, with each campaign race I've tested so far. City shows hammer but nothing pops up. I was actually surprised to find it was these two mods that were causing it, after a lot of turning stuff on and off. I can't imagine going back now that Orcs are finally a proper threat to everyone and not just stamped out by the dorfs.

If you know anything about using the Pack File Manager tool, it looks like my mod and the AI Buildings and Recruitment mod both have files under slot_template_to_building_superchain_junctions_tables. I imagine the issue would be there, but I'm not certain. Does the bug happen every time?

Thanks for the update, this mod is a very important one to me for campaign enjoyment.

I've discovered that when used with AI Buildings and Recruitment, there is a bug for me where I can't upgrade cities. Any ideas?

I discovered the mod that was causing the problem. It was "AI will colonize the burned world", not "Orcs Occupy Anywhere." This mod works perfectly. Thanks, stompie5.

Do you use any other mods that provide more options after capturing a city? As far as I know, the mod is working for most people. If it is the mod, it can be fixed, but I'll have to confirm it is a problem with the mod.

When I last used this mod while playing as Crooked Moon, the "Occupy Settlement" button had no image. It was just blank. Can this be fixed?

Hey stompie5, I've got 2 things you might want to know / be interested in.
- Is it intentional that with your two mods, the greenskins and VC can't occupy Athel Loren?
- Can you maybe make a mod that allows human to occupy Norsca? It just seems weird that humans live there, but most humans can't occupy it. But only if you like it.

It only happens with razed settlements, I just took Karak Kadrin from the VC and there's nothing wrong. Probably a glitch of some sort.

Ok, I was a little confused when you said Templehof took a Dwarven City. I'll look over the mods, but it sounds like it might just be a random glitch. If I find anything out, I'll be sure to fix it. I play with my Orc and Vampire Occupy mods all the time (and a Norsca Occupy I'll post soon), and I never noticed this glitch. Thanks for mentioning the problem though!
