Sometimes Steam likes to screw with you, try a manual download and install

Then place the .civ5mod file in a new folder under
My Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS

But seriously, you've ever heard of steam sales? They happen pretty often, and you can get the complete edition of Civ 5 for less than 5 euros? No? Maybe that's just me huh.

It's just an alternate leader, so different units but same UB and UA, so not that big of a difference between the two. Plus There's only one "leader" for Pravda and plus all the UUs cover all of their tanks already so, no more material.

Nope, it's the Tank, Cruiser Mk VI or A15 Crusader.
Crusader III was the up gunned 6pdr. version of the original Crusader :)

its the cruiser 3. yes it is also called the crusader but it is never called the crusader 3.
