Enjoyed the map, but there are elements in it that are not needed. The three flip panels on the one side of the chamber, I didn't even use those (and not sure what they were for). Overall a good effort. Difficulty 6/10 Design 7/10

I liked how many elements changed with just the one button, how to get the laser cube (even though I only realized it after I did it accidentally) and that you tried to contain the whole test in one room.
However, it is very overwhelming when you first enter because there are so many different things to look at, so many symbols all over the place, and since the player enters at the bottom, can only look up at everything. The first step was unclear, but I moved on through trial and error. I also didn't use the blue gel pit for anything.
Maybe move the entrance higher so you can survey the situation and see everything before dropping down, making good use of the the single room.

interesting - not the most challenging puzzle, but well designed on a number of accounts.

Ok then thats fine, its still within the intended solution, during my play testing I was having tons of trouble spreading enough goo for that jump then I slightly changed something and it spreads great now so you don't need the extra panels.

I made the cross jump because you can shoot enough blue goo from the panels under the cube-block on the other side to JUST make it

@Erock when you didn't have to use the flip panels how did you make the cross jump? I guess you could use the panels under the cube-block, I just made the flip panels so it would be easier to notice thats where to go next.

Thank you alexbfree and Erock, I will do a review on both of your levels tomorrow.

Nice map! I found myself not knowing what to do first though, which made me experiment trial and error style. Since there was nothing to kill you thats just fine I guess. I never figured out what the little pit was for, I didnt use it at all. The last part where the three panels pop out on the left side isnt needed to make the jump either, its helpful if you miss but not required at all, fun map! #F4F please!

Hi! Thanks again for the blind run on my level. Here is a blind run for you in return. I liked the level, it definitely challenged me a lot. I think I made some bits harder than they need to be.

Video is in three parts, start here and the other two links are in the descriptions .

If you could try Concentration again that would be awesome.. I made a few changes.

When I said "irritated" I meant determined-ly irritated. I think it's a GOOD thing it's slighty harder to find, and felt enthused when I noticed the moon was missing from the door. That's successful map design in my book! :)

Thank you Acunil, I tried to make the laser receiver as noticeable as possible with the glass panel and the unshared symbol view able even with the panel closed. I don't think there is really anything else I can do without releasing a whole mess of indicator lines out of the reciever.
Acunil 17 May, 2012 @ 11:03am
Wow didn't notice the second laser receiver for the longest time. Fail me. Only my irritated curiosity at the third (moon) activation of the door made me think to look harder. Nice map.

yeah, i know how to clean the cube. i just ment a broken pipe for design purposes...but you wouldhave to add that in hammer
Momo  [author] 15 May, 2012 @ 7:08pm
Well holy cow, today I learned you can break a cube dropper. I have never tried that before. I have an idea for a fix, basically to not let you be where the cube dropper trigger is at the same time as you can portal the funnel. You can clean the lasercube with the water that is right next to the angled panel where the blue gel lands. Thank you for your feedback!

broke the cube dropper with a funnel underneath it, couldnt get a cube out after that (maybe autospawn first cube). nice, that it altered with every button pressed, made me rethink. this map would be nice with a broken water pipe somewhere to clean the lasercube. unfortunately not (yet) possible with the PTI Puzzle Maker.
