It was not unfinished, there were just always new updates. It was/is complete gameplay-wise!

map was clearly unfinished and abandoned without a update from the map creator, as if he died or has other stuff going on in life. sad because it had lots of potential

you do know 4.0 is canceled? atleast, temporarily, don't get me wrong, we all are hyped for 4.0, but it ain't coming soon

@michaelhill823 well to be honest, we didn´t expect to wait that long.

We had other Map projects as the Sanatory map from Escape from Tarkov with every detail or an map based in San Francisco with an detailed Alcatraz with some eastereggs from the movie The Rock.

Sadly if we build this map the way we love to build them, we will be forced to rebuild them with the 4.0 release.

I´m curently learning to work with Unity so if there is an 4.0 Update expect our map to be number one :)

Pretty sure the whole 4.0 is a stall. Unless they are involved with the LD. This could be considered for multiple reasons a staple for unturned. Maybe even the lead map. But they probably in 2020 assumed that they would have time.

Still would be a nice surprise, just make it earlier or with subtle updates.

First of all, imo the spawns are not "too op". Secondly, the map is locked by default. In order to edit the spawn tables please look up a Youtube tutorial on how to do so. Search smth like "Unturned edit map spawntables". It is impossible for me to explain the process here.

so, ive ben trying to get this map on my server, and im not able to edit the map cause the map has too much op loot spawns can u tell me how to remove them or edit them and ive tryed takeing the op loot spawns but i cant and it stays at 100 when i turn it down

Find it interesting that a lot of modern Unturned locations are inspired by thing, the Oil Rig and Aircraft Carrier, the Semi Truck, the cruise liner. Seems like you had an influence on Unturned lol.

Should still work. Mind you, some parts may be buggy and you could run into a glitch or two but it's def. still playable!

1. We might Update this Map some Day in the Future, but most likely not :/
- Everyone is allowed to use and modificate the Map. So feel free to Update & Reupload it! (But please keep us in the Credits)

2. As Qwerz already stated, we will return with Unturned 4.0 (or "Unturned 2")

Not sure why, my modded version is working as intended. Really can't say whats causing your issue but as this map is a legacy release it is unlikely to be resolved by an update.

@DragonForce....I'd like to say this from my heart, and completely from my heart.

This map has given me some of my worst memories and some of my best ever memories that i've ever had in unturned. About 4 summers ago, i played 24/7 on this PVP server that had this map on it. And i cannot tell you how much fun i had.

I built a team, i looted, i found locations, i built bases.

I had so many places to loot, and so many places to base, it was endless. One day, i found a police helicopter at spooky island.....and the excitement was amazing. Just playing this map was so much fun! And so satisfying.

Dragon, i dont care if one day, maybe in a few years if this map goes out of date, breaks, and is overall unplayable....I love this map, i always will.


This will always be my favorite map. I hope you understand that i love this map so much, and all the memories you have given to me i love. Thank you very much.

Add some extra things to the Oil Rig too, not just: "Let's put an Oil Rig with nothing and bam"

Remake the Oil Rigs on your map dude, they look ugly
