You know what "Girl und panzer" is? Filthy. I hate those stupid japs taking serious meaningful things and making the these silly little overreactive, annoying, high pitched cartoon girls. I understand you want this mod on the workshop but pleaaaassseeeee restrain from making more. If not thats fine to, but it seriously displeases a good bit of the community.

Pravda has no limits on cities, and their flavour for expansion is 9 so it shouldn't be the case. It might be an one off.

I think it means truth in Russian, but it's the name given by the anime creators sooo yeah

I'm currently playing a game of Civ 5 using this mod. I (playing as Prussia) have about 4-5 cities, while Pravda, my 'ally' has only two. Is this an AI thing, or is Pravda only allowed two cities? (That is going to cause HELL if it turns out those two cities don't have an oil source)
