There is a way to make these left handed without downloading this mod

in the weapon script there is a line

"BuiltRightHanded" "1"

though i haven't tried with with the non international weapons
you use this line to male left handed right handed weapons like the sig sg552
if you change say a m16 to left handed and it actually works you may need to add

"NewInL4D2" "1"

before you pack the vpk
