@William: I think it has to do with some setting in the game that limits it. Only away around it that I can think of off the top of my head would be to split some of the categories into smaller groups.

Excuse me,your mod dose not work perfectly in 2.7
For example,I can't chose the flag which hidden under the browser window,the slider disappeared.
Could you please update for 2.7 as soon as possible?

I don't think people understand that mods like these don't need to be updated. Just download and enjoy.

You can update it yourself by open in notepad ...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod\ugc_717791256.mod

Change supported_version="1.8.*" to supported_version="1.9.*"

It should work as is, though I haven't looked/tested it with the new 1.8 update.

Been looking for a swastika too. I don't know why people are so afraid to add it. Blowing up space nazis is awesome lol. Sometimes I want to use one for my own empire as well.

Note: and I feel silly even having to type this, but just because someone thinks a swastika looks cool DOES NOT MEAN they're some kind of nazi loving PoS. All of my granduncles fought in WW2 on our side (America).
