Technically, The OG Xbox could've existed in Half Life, Meaning that some dude is playing OG Xbox games during Half Life 2 possibly.

I think that Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, and Windows XP are the most accurate for the time period of around 1998-2004

I think think ME & 2000 are the most suitable realistic OSs. The Incident was dated in 200X. In the 2000s years nearly every work, school or busines computer had this installed.
