As far as Spellbreaker goes: I currently can't do much. As some have pointed out (both here and the skyrim nexus site), the script used to give spellbreaker it's enchantment only functions under certain conditions, and because of this, disenchanting the item and reapplying the enchantment creates a glitch where the enchantment is constantly active. I'll look into getting this handled, just as soon as I can.
Regarding Wabbajack: This is also a special case, similar to that of Spellbreaker. As I'm sure you all know, because of the way that Bethesda coded the game, vanilla Skyrim doesn't allow for the disenchanting of staves. Again, I'll certainly look into it, and do what I can to fix it, once I get everything going again.
