KingViper115 31 iul. 2016 la 2:54
is it possible to port all Cod WaW weapons into gmod?
Saime  [autor] 9 iul. 2016 la 17:27
Also, then if you have a console error. Please friend me then send it, or comment it on my profile!
Saime  [autor] 9 iul. 2016 la 17:26
You have a point. But still. Most of my weapons are around that damage. Which is typical AR damage for most games.
icew0lf 9 iul. 2016 la 17:25
yes, I subscribed to every required item
icew0lf 9 iul. 2016 la 17:23
but if you use it to fight with friends, everyone will use it making other weapons useless because it kills so fast and is easy to use
Saime  [autor] 9 iul. 2016 la 15:06
@Icewolf
Muzzleflash is easy fix, depending on the origin.
Do you have all required attachment packs? Make sure you do!
And really, there isn't that much that can say about damage. Because either way, one bullet can kill you IRL. There truly isn't such thing as too high damage.
icew0lf 9 iul. 2016 la 13:49
bugs/cons:
-muzzleflash is completely out of place
-C menu is bugged so that I can't see all the attachments, I only see the first 3 sights
-damage too high (40) for 5.56x45, I suggest 25
pros:
-attachments are allighned
Wick 8 iul. 2016 la 22:14

DeltaHaze56 27 iun. 2016 la 13:35
are you going to make more?
Kindred Flame 27 iun. 2016 la 11:38
@⚛ Toan ⚛
Limmie help you out, the idea is not to fix smoothing errors created by said render, but to not have them in the first place. In blender when you import a smd, there is a option on the bottom left called "Preserve SMD polygons". What this will do is it will not change any mesh date imported, and thus the model stays completely the same. Therefore there are no smoothing errors as the model stays the same. To prove it works, I used this method on the Sci-fi Aug while bodygrouping it. Hope this helps, message me if you got any problems. :orb:
Saime  [autor] 27 iun. 2016 la 10:05
@PANCHITOS
Well, it's not fixed yet. And I don't know what exactly smoothing it will do. But hey, getting on it now. Sorry!
The Kim Jong Illest 27 iun. 2016 la 10:03
Sweet, thanks, and sorry xD. Modeling if done wrong triggers me for some reason but I'm subscribing now that I know it's fixed. Thanks again.
Saime  [autor] 27 iun. 2016 la 10:01
@PANCHITOS
Well, considering how Niggarto just told me how to do model smoothing down there in the comments. Calm down.

And if you didn't read the description. It says it was changed. Plain and simple. Easy as pie. Now, if you excuse me, I have Auto-Smoothing to do. (Thanks Niiggarto.)
Big Black Boss 27 iun. 2016 la 7:27
That's "model smoothing" you're referring to PANCHITOS.
The "glossy" stuff is a result of adding in the model to Blender/3DS-Max and not enabling the right options to make sure the model keeps the smoothing it was given after being compiled.

Again, I'm impressed Lucas/UnluckyWolf doesn't about know this.
The Kim Jong Illest 27 iun. 2016 la 7:26
oh plus the gun isn't chambered in 9x19, it's 5.56x45mm
The Kim Jong Illest 27 iun. 2016 la 7:24
I don't know if it has anything to do with the lightmap, bumpmap, or cubemap even but please, fix the glossy fake looking effects off of the guns.
The Kim Jong Illest 27 iun. 2016 la 7:21
I'd advise not doing whatever you do to these to make them literally have a glossy shine. It kinda just ruins it and turns me off instantly when I see that, and honestly, makes a lot of people think you're just a crappy model editor. I really hope that isn't true dude, try to make it look more rough next time or in the next update.
Honor Guard 27 iun. 2016 la 5:51
seems little on attachments compared to some other CW 2 guns (Still more then most the ones the base has )
Big Black Boss 27 iun. 2016 la 4:00
Anyway, Blender or 3DS-Max, it does not matter.

You can set smoothing on both. The problem with 3DS-Max is that you didn't even let it autosmooth, so it came out like that.
And of course 3DS-Max has manual smoothing methods in case the autosmooth doesn't work.

Seriously, Lucas doesn't know about it either?
Big Black Boss 27 iun. 2016 la 3:57
Wow, that's a very weird self-advertising.
puzgyesz 27 iun. 2016 la 3:42
I like your work, very nicely done! Good concept as well! +1 from me :)

Please if you have some time, feel free to check out my greenlight project as well:

Thank you! Have a nice day
Big Black Boss 27 iun. 2016 la 3:25
If only it had proper smoothing instead of no smoothing at all and didn't had to depend on two attachments, I would liked it and used it.
Mesa 27 iun. 2016 la 1:00
Nicely done Cameron!
