Dam, just starting skyrem it has popups, I would like a version that does not have popups, just info.
smallturns 22. okt. 2016 kl. 17:57
Oh ok. I was just wondering if their was a difference between the two death alert mods anyway because it seems like this NPC Death Alert - Slightly Less Annoying Edition as he puts it mod works for me but the other one did not seemed to work at all. I don't know maybe I can try it again meaning it was probably the result of me either not installing the mod into the game property or not activatring it in the mod manager that i'am guessing if that is a manger for mods came with Skyrim or at-less that's what i'am thinking it was.
Material Defender 21. okt. 2016 kl. 14:42
Yeah, the other one has a message box for any npc death, regardless of the killer (im guessing, id rather not look into it right now)
smallturns 21. okt. 2016 kl. 13:26
But then wait if that's so and all it does is just adds a message box to your game then what about the other daeth alert mod this same guy made that is i'am guessing the more Annoying then this one?
smallturns 21. okt. 2016 kl. 13:24
Cool I guess that's what I was thinking or what I began to think of after reading what you said more closely. Sorry I must-of wasn't paying attention to the game and what it said in the corner of the screen before I installed the mod.
Material Defender 21. okt. 2016 kl. 5:23
Yeah.
smallturns 20. okt. 2016 kl. 23:34
Again i'am sorry (seriously) but can you maybe repeat that again bcause I mean I see what you said and I think I somewhat got it but am not really sure if I fully understand what you meant by have different wording other than the boxed message. Oh wait nevermind after reading this a second time I think I got it now your basically saying in one way or another all this mod does is adds to the games script by just putting a message box (only) in their telling you the their was a NPC whoever that maybe was murdered?
Material Defender 20. okt. 2016 kl. 20:35
The main difference (other than the message box) between the 3 messages is the wording, the one where there is no killer says "<npc> has died"
the one where you do the killing says "You killed <npc>"
and where some other npc kills em says "<npc> was killed"

where <npc> is the name of the npc victim.
smallturns 20. okt. 2016 kl. 20:28
i'am sorry (seriously) but what 3 messages are you talking about ibecause when I install the death alert mod or at-less this one into my game all I notice is 1 message or 2 messages if you include the action stopping box that appears in the middle of the screen? Not saying this is right or that I have it accurate but as for Lokir, yes he does have a killer or at-less I think the person the imperial soldier that's somewhat behind Hadvar who at the beginning the game is the killer.

Again not sure about that in the sense that I don't want sound wrong and also about the three messages that show (sorry}
Material Defender 20. okt. 2016 kl. 19:02
Well, looking in the esp, and script source, there is only 3 messages, one for when the death has no killer (such as lokir's scripted death), one for when the player is the killer, and one for when another NPC is the killer. The only one of the 3 that has a message box in the middle of the screen is for that last of the 3.

So yeah.
smallturns 20. okt. 2016 kl. 17:49
And yes I do see now you were talking to me when you said what you said.
smallturns 20. okt. 2016 kl. 17:45
Ok.. your not juicebins nor you are the person who created this mod but still if it's all the same assuming you replyed back to my question and I don't mean to disagree with you or something like that if you call it disagreeing but what do you mean it only appears if your not the killer because for however berf of time I had the Death alert mod installed, at the beginning of the game when your charcters head is about to get their head chopped off I saw or at-less I think I saw Lokir's name appear in the top left hand corner of my screen when they shot him in the back with an arrow as well as a action stopping box if that what it's calld too when Aldawin kills some impairels?
Material Defender 19. okt. 2016 kl. 17:01
As far as I can tell, from playing, the action-stopping box only appears if you are NOT the killer, and if you are the killer, you only get a notice in the upper left, smallturns
smallturns 19. okt. 2016 kl. 16:43
So it appears on the screen if and when or vice versa when and if your the killer or am I not understanding that right juicebins?
tomboy femcel ⚢ 23. sep. 2016 kl. 7:57
nazeem = bad
Thim 18. aug. 2016 kl. 1:28

juicebins 27. juli 2016 kl. 15:31
Sera it shows the popup when they die and you don't kill them in the other mod it shows the popup when you kill them and when they die from something else.
Wooden Ladle 8. juli 2016 kl. 13:39
good shit mang
Sera 7. juli 2016 kl. 1:34
Why does this make a popup on my screen even though I didn't install the other one at all?
The Hawk 6. juli 2016 kl. 11:09
@jackik1410 Sorry for the typo, I probably meant to write 1500 or something like that. lol, I can't even remember writing that comment :D Maybe I haven't slept in my life :D
KEEPER 2. juli 2016 kl. 8:52
could you make a mod that turn's everybody into dogs?
it would make for a funny playthrough. and it wouldnt prevent you from talking to them. because dogs you can still talk to.

mister_lobos 28. juni 2016 kl. 11:21
a good mod would be to make it so you get no bounty for killing nazeem... he's so annoying you are doing the world a favor. :)
Shotgun Solutions 27. juni 2016 kl. 21:36
Great mod! This'll save me the hassle of searching the town for people to resurrect. (Spell from another mod)
SkookumGroolborn 27. juni 2016 kl. 13:08
>inb4 you use inb4 incorrectly again
Saint 26. juni 2016 kl. 11:09
>Inb4 I wasn't actually upset just amazed I missed that he was right because of something as simple as a comma or period.
>Inb4 thank you OP for the mod, it's awesome :)
jackik 26. juni 2016 kl. 10:52
ah now i get what he was getting at (pun dum tsh and thx It's High Noon). this way of connotation is common where i live so i'm sorry if i didn't use the more international style (i'll never get which is which)

BTW: i like this mod. very informative indeed;
jackik 26. juni 2016 kl. 10:03
i don't get what your saying. nobody here was using a period instead of a comma. btw i never used units to show my calculation. lets stop this stuff had conclude that either Psinux02 hasn't slept in his live or he made a tipo.
Saint 26. juni 2016 kl. 9:15
Bro, the fuck you using a period instead of a comma to show where the decimal place begins? Everyone gets on the states for not using the Metric system because the Metric system is used by the scientific community, but people who do that shit and make other people think they mean thirty-four thousand don't get ridiculed at all. Ridiculous, m8.
jackik 26. juni 2016 kl. 8:43
all i did "wrong" was that i rounded and i i did exacly what you did. but i converted it into years first.
Saint 26. juni 2016 kl. 8:38
@jackik1410
Your math is off. Waaaaay off. Your very first calculation was 15000 / 24. 15000 Hours / 24 Hours. Much wrong, very math. What you wanted to do was find the number of days between now and release of skyrim. That is 1689 days or 40536 hours ago. Take 15000 / 40536 to find the percentage of that time that Psinux played Skyrim if he's to be taken literally (which he probably isn't) and you'll find that approximately 37% of the between now and then he has spent playing Skyrim.
Croc Wrangler 26. juni 2016 kl. 5:04
lol
jackik 24. juni 2016 kl. 8:00
and i don't even know when you started playing skyrim! dang! but i guess you meant 1500 which is MUCH more probable.
jackik 24. juni 2016 kl. 7:58
@Psinux02 im sure you didn't play MORE THAN A THIRD OF YOUR TOTAL TIME SINCE THEY GAME CAME OUT IN 2011! 15000 / 24 / 365 / 5(was being generous here) = 34,2466% of your time between 2011 and this year!
The Hawk 24. juni 2016 kl. 5:16
@Charre You are right, it is not that often that you see Nazeem in or around Dragonsreach, but I've seen him there many times (don't let the 'Played for 150 hours' thingy that Steam shows you fool you, I've played Skyrim for more than 15000 hours on PS3 :steamhappy: )
Starfoth The Burgundy Silk Rug 23. juni 2016 kl. 21:34
Rest in oblivion, Nazeem
Charre 23. juni 2016 kl. 7:15
Nazeem will brag to no end "Go to the cloud district often? Of course you don't." But, ever seen HIM there? Such logic lol
born to drill 22. juni 2016 kl. 21:46
rip nazeem
Willy 22. juni 2016 kl. 12:59
I guess he's not going to the cloud district.
jackik 22. juni 2016 kl. 8:13
why do you hate nazeem?
Abiotic 22. juni 2016 kl. 6:32
But what if nazeem was not kill?
